Something I can tell you is that the side door in Training and Development was the original front door. The event space was a small kitchen with Sarah Kelly's Office in the corner. The original main office space ended near the side door and then there was a small bathroom/physio area. One of the physio beds and physio desk was actually overflowing into the main office. Lunchtime was chaos with no eating at your desk. There was a selection of tables every day that would dragged to the middle of the room and we all late lunch together. Probably about 12 people in total. It was amazing, cosy and we had some great laughs!

Reception was where Keith sat in Training and Development and that was my first job. I spent many a day doing letters and welcoming folk. The car park was tiny and had 10 spaces tops. I could go on all day and I just have so many memories and still have to pinch myself to believe what NMC is now.

My first memories are from February 1991 and the physio department in a former mobile classroom, which is now training and the event space. The kitchen was at the far end (left hand side) where the fire exit door is, Sarah Kelly had her office in the right hand side. There was one treatment bed in the main area and another in the small area by the original bathroom which I think had a shower in it. There were only the three staff, Sarah Kelly, Kate Fox and Gordon. The only access was from the door (now in training) and you parked on the school playground!!
